Where We Drive
Roamer Transport runs primarily through the Northwest, Midwest, South, and the Southeast.
Support Staff
Roamer Transport Inc support staff is responsible for communication for:
- Drivers daily check calls.
- Scheduling drivers freight shipment pickups and delivers
- Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
- Preparing, organizing, and utilizing dispatch documents, as well as tracking requested information for management and customers.
- Maintaining records of dispatch calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as tracing delivery and pick up times.
- Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that drivers comply.
- Review drivers’ logs, including dispatch calls and arrival times.
- Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Logging customers shipping and receiving details, including schedules, directions, and complaints.
